Whenever we are in France, especially during the summer months, we love buying a delicious carrot salad in the supermarket. Ever since, I have been trying to replicate the recipe so as to do it myself and enjoy it year round with my family at home.
This is the result we like best!
It goes perfectly well with many main meals, also with the ones that you can find in my cookbook “Dinner is ready!”
- 260 g carrots, grated
- 90 g Mayonnaise
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt, pepper
Grate the carrots and place them into a bowl.
Mix the Mayonnaise and the lemon juice and season to taste.
Add to the carrots and serve.
