The best Wild Garlic Soup! (Traditional & Thermomix Version)

It is almost the end of the wild garlic season! Those lucky enough to live in the countryside can still enjoy the walks through the woods looking at these marvelous plants growing as far as the eye can see.

There is a very light garlicky smell in the air, but not to worry, this garlic won’t give you bad breath!

  • 1 garlic cloves
  • 1 l of vegetable stock

Cut the onion and potato into small pieces and fry them in the olive oil for a couple of minutes.

Add the vegetable stock and cook until boiling. In the meantime chop the Wild Garlic into pieces and add to the boiling Soup.

Let cook for another couple of minutes. Take the pot from the stove, add the Creme Fraiche and puree.

Serve with little drips of single cream and if you have the flowers from the wild garlic you can decorate the plates with them, they are edible.
