A wonderful cream dip to accompany any vegetables, meat or fish. Very quickly done but can be prepared a day in advance.
- 125 g sour cream
- 125 g yoghurt
- 1 – 2 pressed garlic cloves (to taste)
- 20 g chopped basil
- 20 g chopped parsley
- 20 g chopped chives
Mix everything together.
