Herb cream dip

A wonderful cream dip to accompany any vegetables, meat or fish. Very quickly done but can be prepared a day in advance.

I enjoy this sauce for example with my
Crusty Run-Over Potatoes.
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 125 g yoghurt
  • 1 – 2 pressed garlic cloves (to taste)
  • 20 g chopped basil
  • 20 g chopped parsley
  • 20 g chopped chives

Mix everything together.
