One of the little appetizers I like to serve comes from non other than Pippa Middleton. A couple of years back I was given her book by some friends. This is one recipe I make regularly. It is really easy to make and so delicious!
Recipe Quails Eggs Croustades
For 12 pieces
- 12 Croustades (Waitrose, Amazon, Ikea to cite some of the shops who carry this)
- 12 quails eggs
- Sauce Hollandaise
Preheat the oven to 180C. Put out 12 croustades cases and into a baking tray. Break a quail’s egg into each case. Bake for about four to six minutes, until the whites have set.
Add a dollop of sauce Hollandaise and decorate with some chopped chives. Serve hot.
