For my raclette last week, I preferred again to prepare my appetizer in the glass as a starter . That way, we did not have to sit in front of the warming raclette machines.
This time I chose two verrines with vegetables, the Provence Shooter, and the Goats Cheese and Tomato Tartare Shooters and the excellent croustades with quail eggs.
The shooters are prepared the day before, the Croustades at the last minute, but done in 2 minutes!
The guests enjoyed it completely and found that it was an light, fresh start for the raclette!
