Pasta is a very popular meal in our family. After the Bolognese posted last week here the express pasta with Prosciutto ham. A little variety is always good. I am constantly looking for recipes to cook quickly. This pasta here is wonderful mid-week meal. It is ready within 10 minutes.
I don’t know if you are like me, but for some reason I always buy frozen peas and I rarely use them except for my pea soup or in the Olivieh salad. I am happy I found another recipe for this wonderful frozen vegetable.
If you are always looking for tasty, simple and inexpensive everyday recipes, you should take a look at my book “Dinner is ready!”. There you will find a wonderful selection of vegetable-rich, relatively quick-to-prepare dishes, like for example several One Pot recipes.
