Smoothie


A super healthy – and completely easy to make – treat , which pleases young and old.

The glasses come from here but at the moment they have no more stock.

I make a smoothie almost every day for my family, or my boys make it themselves. Perfect in the morning or for afternoon snack! Children love them and don’t even realize the variety of fruits they take in, especially when I have some that don’t pass at all when simply eating 😁.

My ice-cream moulds come from here.

You can even take this liquid, put in ice molds and put in the freezer to make a wonderful and refreshing ice cream (more recipes here) without cream, milk, eggs etc. Ideal for vegans, vegetarians etc.

For 1.5 l of basic smoothie

  • 750 ml orange juice (about 12 medium size)
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 420 g strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Whichever else fruit you want (kiwi, blackberries, grapes, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)

Put everything in a blender and mix until everything is smooth and liquid.
