An amusing and refreshing Ice Cream to make and share!
- 1 kg watermelon
- 50 g chocolate drops
- 150 g yoghurt
- zest and and juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbsp. of sugar
- 2 kiwi
Peel the watermelon and chop it into rough pieces. Mix it in a blender and add the chocolate drops. Fill into ice-cream moulds sot that they are 2/3 filled. Add the wooden sticks and leave to freeze 60 minutes in the freezer.
Mix 130 g natural yoghurt, the zest and juice of the lemon and 2 tbsp sugar and place onto the prefrozen melon ice cream. Freeze another 30 minutes.
Peel the Kiwis. Add the rest of the yoghurt and blend it with the kiwis. Place on top of the yoghurt mix! Freeze at least 4 hours until completely solid.
