One of my wonderful godmothers, who shares my love for cooking and who – together with my parents – thaught me how to prepare good and healthy meals, presented me with a cookbook recently that I like a lot. A couple of the recipes I knew before as they are traditional oriental recipes but two of them are so delicious that I wanted to share them with you.

The cookbook I am talking about is Persiana and written by the English–iranien Blogger Sabrina Ghayour.
The first one is a delicious Pistachio-Feta Dip that I can’t get enough of.
Its super quick and easy to make. I did it in my Thermomix but as always its possible to make in any other kitchen machine.
- 100 g pistachios
- 75 ml Olive Oil
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 300 g Feta
- 1 bunch of dill, without the big stems
- 1 bunch of coriander, without the big stems
- 1 long Chili, médium hot
- 190 g yoghurt
- Zeste and juice of 1 big lemon
- Sea salt (if needed)
Place all the ingredients into the Thermomix (or another kitchen machine) and blend until you have reached the desired consistency.
Serve with Pita bread!
Voilà !
