I simply love this wild garlic infused potato mash in spring! Walking through the forrest with this gorgeous smell in the nostrils is bliss!
Very simple, cost efficient and refined!
Recipe Wild Garlic infused potato mash
- 400 g potatoes
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 g wild garlic
Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Cook until tender. Drain.
Bring the milk, butter and salt to a boil in a small pot. Cut the wild garlic into pieces and place into the hot milk. Leave for 5 minutes.
Mash the potatoes and add to the milk.
