Just a very quick entry for this delicious breakfast – made in under 5 minutes and less than 300 calories!
I know you can buy the crunchy stuff in the shops but why would you if it is so desperately easy to make at home.
Here we go
Recipe Crunchy Breakfast Yoghurt
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia grains (optional)
- 1 tsp honey
- 150 g of yoghurt (1.5 % fat)
- 100 g fruit (whichever you like)
Heat butter in a frying pan. Add the oats, chia grains and honey and fry until golden brown.
Put the yoghurt in a bowl, add the fruit and the crunchy and enjoy!!
